Winter POWDER CAT Clinic *EXPERIENCED RIDERS ONLY* - Montana

This is an EXPERIENCED/EXPERT level riders only clinic for snowboarding and/or skiing.

**Expert skiers are adept at handling varied terrain and different snow conditions. The terrain may include steeps, trees, and moguls, or a combination of the three. Snow conditions might include hard pack, ice, crud, or powder, as well as groomed or ungroomed snow. Expert skiing requires quick adjustments to speed, turn radius, and balance to maintain control at all times. An expert rider can ride any run at a resort (green, blue, black diamond, and double black diamonds).**

We will be staying at a beautiful home not far from the Whitefish Mountain resort. The cabin is to allow the veterans a place of relaxation in one of the most beautiful landscapes Montana has to offer. The cabin gives our veterans a space to unwind and build a  camaraderie  after a long day on the slopes. Day 1 will consist of boarding/skiiing at Whitefish Resort and Day 2 will be spent in the backcountry yurt and then on a private powder cat for Day 3 with the Great Northern Powder Guides!

This mountain is like nothing you have experienced before. Its terrain presents everything from groomed slopes to dangerous cliffs, and its weather is just as variable. During periods of low visibility or other inclement weather and snow conditions, the degree of difficulty of these runs for each individual may change.

• Arrive 1/16, 3 clinic days, and depart 1/20
• Tickets and mountain guides will be provided
• Lodging provided
• Food provided
• Rentals (if needed) will be provided

This will be a filmed and photographed clinic. 

**EXPERIENCE LEVEL WILL BE VERIFIED!**
