About the event
Calling all veterans! Bring your families for a day of family tubing fun! We will be offering burgers, hot dogs, chips, and drinks! Bring your own chairs and get ready to eat and mingle with others!
Here are a few items Gateway Parks would like to point out before your visit to the hill;
This is an outdoor activity! Please be prepared by dressing accordingly. We recommend:
Jacket and warm layers. We do not close due to rain or snow; if it is raining, please bring appropriate layers.
Snow pants. While you will not be touching the snow, tubes can be wet and cold.
Snow boots. The magic carpet will take you to the top of the hill, but you will still have to walk through some snow. Shoes should have adequate tread to prevent slip and falls.
